Peter Oxspring has been Managing Director of Hardy UK since the acquisition by Arkote in 2015. Peter joined Arkote in 2003 and has over 20 years’ experience in high quality export driven manufacturing. After 5 years on the board of directors, Peter became Managing Director of Arkote in June 2015 and now heads up the team at both Arkote and its subsidiaries.
Jeffrey serves as Chairman of Arkote, Ltd, Hardy’s parent, as well as Hardy UK. Jeffrey is a graduate mechanical engineer with over 25 years of experience in international sales, marketing, and business development. He is actively involved managing and growing businesses based in the USA, Mexico and UK using his technical and managerial background to develop the global sales and strategic initiatives for these group companies.
Robert is the Commercial Director at Hardy UK. With over 20 years working in materials handling; specifically in the implementation of vacuum hoists, overhead cranes and pneumatic handlers in industrial market places around the world, his specialties lie in managing distributor relationships, operations management and marketing.
SALES DEVELOPMENT – AMERICAS
Alejandro is mainly responsible for development of markets in the Americas and South Africa. Alex has over 6 years’ experience working with both tanning and textile companies providing solutions for customers in the finishing areas, with a strong focus on both customer service and understanding their requirements in order to meet and exceed their expectations. Previously Alex was involved in the Business Development for the UK’s leading automotive marketing company in the America’s and worldwide.
SALES DEVELOPMENT – ROW
Responsible for sales and market development in the ROW, Mirko already has decades of experience of the leather industry. He grew up surrounded by tanneries in Italy’s leather producing hub of Santa Croce sull’Arno in Tuscany. Most of Mirko’s family worked within the sector and his father owned a skin shaving company for tanneries, wherein he used Hardy’s blades for over 40 years. For the last 20 years, Mirko has worked in the South and East Asian leather markets, amongst other areas. He has particularly enjoyed being able to use his creativity in order to help realise his clients’ needs and is intent on providing a complete professional service for our clients.
